Remember, Resist, Rise Up – Pride panel discussion
A lively, fun and thought-provoking panel discussion to inspire us with ways we can get involved in rising up to face the challenges ahead.
About this event
We live in a world where hard-won progressive victories are increasingly under threat. That’s why for Pride Month at Scott Logic, we’re adopting Northern Pride’s themes of Remember, Resist and Rise Up, and hosting an event to galvanise action.
Join us in person at our Newcastle office or online for a lively, fun and thought-provoking discussion, in which our panellists will celebrate how far we’ve collectively come, share the work they’re doing to resist discrimination and injustice, and inspire us with practical ways we can get involved in rising up to face the challenges ahead.
Our CEO Steve Foreshew-Cain will be joined by a fantastic group of panellists:
- Ali Hannon, EDI consultant and LGBTQ+ activist
- Laura Crow, Head of IT Services at Newcastle Strategic Solutions
- Terry Brown, Director of Engineering at Healx
- Brian Renwick, Senior Software Engineer at Healx
We’ll be live-streaming the event, so register here if you can't attend in person and we'll send you the link to watch live.
