Newcastle Helix will soon be a place for people to call home. You will be able to choose from house and apartment options. And if you live close to site already, you can enjoy the events, cafes and public spaces.
Future Homes
400 houses are planned for the site. They will focus on energy efficient, low carbon design, integrating historic west-end architecture with the existing modern buildings. The mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments and townhouses will use Passivhaus principles for solar gain, with the homes connecting into Helix’s district energy centre.
