The Lumen
The Biosphere provides facilities to commercialise life science R&D
A brand new flagship office space, designed from the ground up to cater for the flexible demands of modern business, whether it be an international brand or a startup pioneer.
Construction of The Lumen started in July 2018. Completion of the building was celebrated in May 2020.
Combining contemporary design with cutting-edge amenities, the Lumen will offer over 100,000 sq ft of Grade A offices and unparalleled opportunities to collaborate with researchers and other brands within the Helix ecosystem.
